Victims Compensation Assistance Program
At Revive Therapy Services, we know that healing after trauma takes safety, support, and resources. That is why we have partnered with the Victims Compensation Assistance Program to help guide you every step of the way.
How Do I Qualify?
This program is designed to support individuals who have experienced crime, abuse, or trauma and need emotional, practical, and therapeutic support.
The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency's (PCCD) Victims Compensation Assistance Program is designed to support individuals who have suffered physical, emotional, or financial harm due to a crime. This program offers financial aid for various expenses to help alleviate the financial burden on victims and their families.
To be eligible for compensation:
The crime must have occurred in Pennsylvania.
The crime was reported to the proper authorities or a Protection from Abuse Order, Sexual Violence Protection Order, or Protection from Intimidation Order was filed.
The victim must cooperate with the police, courts, and the Victims Compensation Assistance Program.
The victim must file the claim within five years of the crime.
The victim must have a minimum loss of at least $50 because of the crime (if you are less than 60 years old).
Family members of an individual impacted by a crime may also be eligible for compensation.
What We Offer
Through our partnership with VCAP, we provide trauma-informed care for survivors. These services are designed to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered on your path to healing.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories in a safe way. This approach allows you to move past painful experiences without feeling overwhelmed by them, reducing symptoms like flashbacks, anxiety, and emotional triggers.Somatic Experiencing
Trauma often lives not just in our minds but in our bodies. Somatic Experiencing focuses on noticing and gently releasing the physical tension that trauma can leave behind. By reconnecting with your body, this therapy helps restore a sense of calm, balance, and resilience.IFS Therapy (Internal Family Systems)
IFS Therapy helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself that may have developed in response to trauma. This approach allows you to build compassion for yourself, reduce inner conflict, and create lasting inner harmony.PTSD & Trauma Therapy
For those who have experienced trauma, abuse, or violence, we provide a safe and supportive space to heal. Our PTSD and trauma-focused therapies are designed to help you process what happened, regain a sense of safety, and learn tools to move forward. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs so you can reclaim your life at your own pace.
We also offer additional services and specialties to support your recovery, which you can explore under our Specialties tab.
