Taking a Health at Every Size Approach

One of my passions is to work with people to have a better relationship with their bodies and food. Diet culture is rampant in our society and I want to be a part of breaking that mentality that you need to look or be a "certain" way. Here are some questions to ask yourself to determine whether or not you would benefit from working with me. 

  • Have you been on and off diets for what seems like forever? 

  • Do you find you're always telling yourself you need to lose weight, and quickly, to feel better about yourself?

  • Is your self-worth tied up in how you feel about your body?

  • Do you use exercise as a way to "make up" for eating certain things?

  • Do you feel like you struggle with emotional eating or overeating?

If you answer yes to any of those questions I'd love to get to know you and help you have a better relationship with your food and your body. 

We will work together to detangle the messages you have been telling yourself for years in a compassionate way where you start to begin to see your true value. We will be able to identify specific patterns in your relationship with food and your body and start to create new patterns. You will come to realize your body is not the enemy.
